CARTILAGE: New Video Premiere and Upcoming EP Release
Bay Area deathgrind veterans CARTILAGE have unleashed the new video for “Globs Of Glimmering Gore,” exclusively premiered by MetalSucks. The track is a fierce preview of their upcoming EP, “Tales From The Entrails: A Necrology”, arriving March 14th via Everlasting Spew Records.
As MetalSucks describes it, “this track hits like a speeding car hits a brick wall — violently and with full force.” You can watch the adrenaline-fueled video HERE.
The forthcoming EP, “Tales From The Entrails: A Necrology”, sees CARTILAGE returning to their studio roots with the assistance of Scott Evans on recording and mixing, and mastering by Leon del Muerte. The artwork is crafted by Jason V Roberts, complemented by photos from Kei Mowry.
The Bay Area titans push their sound further with each release: incorporating harmonies and cinematic elements to their signature assault of breakneck blasts and relentless riffs. With this EP, fans can expect a broader sonic palette than ever before.
The video for “Globs Of Glimmering Gore,” directed by Mike Flory, features photography by Kei Mowry, and gore effects by Mark Wallace and Mike Flory. The band describes it as, “This video contains glorification of gelatinous, gangrenous, gargling, ghastly, gut garroting grossness that is ‘Globs Of Glimmering Gore!’”
“Tales From The Entrails: A Necrology” will be available on digital, CD, and MC formats on March 14th, with a vinyl release planned for the summer. Preorders are open via the Everlasting Spew webshop and Bandcamp.
CARTILAGE has also announced upcoming West Coast tour dates to promote the EP, with performances at the Northwest Massacre Fest and Disemboweled God Fest alongside Impaled. An expanded US tour will be announced soon.

Formed in 2014, CARTILAGE has carved out their niche in the deathgrind scene, sharing stages with renowned acts like Carcass and Impetigo. Their debut full-length, “Dialect Of The Dead” (2017), established their ominous presence in the metal world. Following that, they released “Gore-Met” (2020) and “The Deader The Better” (2022), with support from Creator-Destructor Records.
CARTILAGE continues to grow stronger with each release. Their relentless live shows have solidified their reputation, sharing tours across the US and Europe, and now gearing up for even more carnage in the metal arena.
