Oklahoma’s brutal death metal titans, Peeling Flesh, are back with a vengeance. After making waves in the underground scene, the band announces their new album, The G Code, set to drop on September 6th via Unique Leader Records. As a taste of what’s to come, they’ve released a double A-side single, “Shoot 2 Kill” and “Perc 3000,” paired with a hard-hitting performance video for “Shoot 2 Kill,” mixed by Buster Odeholm of Humanity’s Last Breath.

Peeling Flesh has always been known for their crushing sound, and The G Code pushes the boundaries even further. The band promises that this album will be their heaviest and most innovative yet, featuring guest appearances from some of the most respected names in extreme metal.

Speaking about the new record, Peeling Flesh says, “With this new record, we feel we’ve really cracked our sound as a band. We wanted to put out something that embodies Peeling Flesh to its fullest but with a fresh angle, and we’ve definitely done that. We’ve had some great tours recently that have shown us what works live, and we’ve put that into the album’s writing. The slams are the heaviest they’ve EVER been, and we’ve tried a few new things.
