The band’s music is a blend of screamed vocals, seemingly emerging from the depths of hell, and soaring, emotion-filled vocals alongside deeply intimate and heartfelt lyrics. This combination creates an album that connects with listeners on a remarkably personal level.
I Prevail have risen to arena-level stardom, earning two Grammy nominations—one for Best Rock Album with “Trauma” and another for Best Metal Performance with the gripping lead single “Bow Down.” Their impact is undeniable, with over 4.2 billion global streams and nearly 850 million YouTube views. The band has received praise from major outlets like Forbes, Billboard, The Hollywood Reporter, Playboy, Muscle + Fitness, and NPR. I Prevail continue to solidify their status among the elite in their genre.
About Killswitch Engage:
Killswitch Engage dramatically reshaped the heavy music landscape when they emerged from snowy Western Massachusetts in 2000. Blending thrashed-out European guitar pyrotechnics with East Coast hardcore energy, their unique style and insightful lyrics set a new standard for the genre. The 2002 album “Alive Or Just Breathing” quickly became a definitive work and was ranked among “The Top 100 Greatest Metal Albums of the Decade” by Decibel, earning praise from Metal Hammer and Revolver. The band opened doors for many to follow, earning three GRAMMY® Award nominations for “Best Metal Performance” in 2005, 2014, and 2019. Their discography includes a gold-certified “The End of Heartache” (2004) and a platinum-certified “As Daylight Dies” (2006).
Killswitch Engage landed three consecutive Top 10 debuts on the Billboard Top 200 with self-titled “Killswitch Engage” (2009), “Disarm The Descent” (2013), and “Incarnate” (2016), which marked a career high debut at #6. The latter two albums, along with 2019’s “Atonement,” topped the Top Rock Albums and Top Hard Rock Albums charts. The band is approaching 3 billion total streams and has sold out numerous headline tours, sharing the stage with icons like Iron Maiden, Slipknot, Slayer, My Chemical Romance, Mastodon, and Parkway Drive. Killswitch Engage’s ability to bridge genres and captivate hard rock fans has secured them a place at every major North American and European festival throughout the years.
Celebrating 25 years as a trailblazing and genre-defining band of the 2000s, Killswitch Engage continues to solidify their incredible legacy. Their latest release, “This Consequence,” is out now.
About Parkway Drive:
Parkway Drive, an Australian metal band originating in Byron Bay in 2003, has transformed from an underground sensation into one of the most successful heavy bands globally. Their early releases, such as “Killing with a Smile” (2005) and “Horizons” (2007), established them firmly in the metalcore scene. The band’s subsequent albums, “Ire” (2015) and “Reverence” (2018), introduced fans to a more cinematic and anthemic sound. In 2022, “Darker Still” saw Parkway Drive further broadening their musical horizons by incorporating orchestral elements and melodic influences.
Renowned for their electrifying live performances, Parkway Drive consistently headlines major festivals and sells out arenas worldwide, underscoring their position as a powerhouse in modern metal.
