Renowned keyboardist Don Airey, known for his contribution to some of rock’s most legendary albums, has announced his latest studio album, Pushed to the Edge, which will be released today via earMUSIC. The new track “Tell Me” is now available for streaming.
Having contributed his unmistakable sound to over 300 albums, Don Airey’s keyboard skills are revered by rock ‘n’ roll legends. He has worked with a roster of iconic artists and bands, such as Ozzy Osbourne, Rainbow, Whitesnake, Judas Priest, Gary Moore, Brian May, Jethro Tull, Black Sabbath, and, notably, Deep Purple, where Don has been a full-time member for over two decades. Following a triumphant year where Deep Purple celebrated their fourth consecutive number-one album with =1 and a successful global tour, Don Airey embarks on 2025 with his vibrant solo endeavor.
Pushed to the Edge features an exceptional ensemble, including Carl Sentance (Nazareth) and Mitchell Emms (The Voice UK) on vocals, Deep Purple guitarist Simon McBride, drummer Jon Finnigan, and bassist Dave Marks.
