The Southern California band MOVEMENTS, made up of Patrick Miranda (vocals), Ira George (guitar), Spencer York (drums), and Austin Cressey (bass), is excited to announce a special deluxe edition of their 2023 album, RUCKUS!
This deluxe edition is extra special. It includes a bunch of cool extras that fans will love.
The band is adding new life to RUCKUS! by having six different remixers and producers create new versions of the album. This new collection is called RUCKUS! (The Remixes).
On November 1, the digital-only RUCKUS! (The Remixes) will be released. It features 11 remixes of the 10 original songs from the album. The song “Lead Pipe” will have two different remixes.
On December 13, the vinyl version of RUCKUS! (Deluxe Edition) will come out. This version will include the original album, a new song called “Afraid to Die,” and the 11 remixes. It will also have “Lead Pipe (Live at Studio 4)” on a Flexi disc.

These remixes give a dreamy and emotional twist to the original songs.

About Movements:
Movements has had an exciting few years. Their 2020 album No Good Left to Give hit #3 on the Alternative chart, and their streams have soared to 300 million in the U.S. alone. Since their start in 2015, the Southern Californian band has always been reinventing themselves. Their third album, RUCKUS!, takes their post-hardcore sound in new and surprising directions.
Produced by Will Yip (known for working with Circa Survive and Code Orange), RUCKUS! blends post-hardcore and punk with pop influences, creating something unique and fresh. The band spent three trips at Yip’s Studio 4 in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, to write and record the album. “I don’t think we’ve ever created music as good as this,” says Miranda. RUCKUS! also brings in new influences, like Gorillaz and The Strokes, to shake things up and challenge what people expect.
