Rorschach Test is set to launch the “Fallen Tour” starting January 17, 2025. The tour will feature support from Cleopatra recording artists There is No Us, Spiral Death Curse—comprising former members of Witchburn—and Torso, who, much like Rorschach Test, is returning to the stage after decades.
The Narcoleptic Goddess will take the stage for her first public appearance alongside Rorschach Test, promising an electrifying experience for her over 600,000 followers.

“This is not like any tour I have been a part of,” remarks James Baker, the lead vocalist of Rorschach Test and the tour’s organizer. “We will be partnering with non-profits such as NAMI and Kyros to combat stigma and foster awareness and acceptance for those grappling with mental health issues or substance use disorders. We aim to redefine the conventional narrative of sex, drugs, and rock ‘n’ roll, creating an atmosphere where asking for help is no longer a source of shame. Don’t get me wrong, we’ll still bring the fire and fury. I just want our audience to realize that everyone needs support at some point, even guys like me.”
Rorschach Test continues to embody its original concept: a cybernetic organism with an overlay of human flesh, expressed through a blend of synthesizers, electronic programming, and live instrumentation. However, the dynamic partnership of founding vocalist James Baker and the creative contributions of Kolby Peoples—whose guitar skills and production talents echo the style of Jeff Loomis—alongside the enigmatic lyrical artistry of The Narcoleptic Goddess, marks a new chapter.
After a period of silence since their last release, Rorschach Test re-emerged in 2024 with a new single, paving the way for their full album launch. “Fallen” was released alongside a music video directed by Alex Chacon of Chacon Media, featuring a cast of Phoenix actors and a special appearance by lyricist The Narcoleptic Goddess. The narrative serves as an age-old reminder that “pride goes before a fall.”
The title track from the upcoming Fallen album was introduced on Goth Day with a video premiere at Outburn on May 22, 2024.
“Belated,” the second single from the forthcoming album, premiered at Revolver on August 2, 2024. Revolver highlighted, “Gothic industrial-metal veterans Rorschach Test played shows with Korn and Type O Negative in the Nineties and released three well-received albums, including their 1998 Slip Disc debut, Unclean, before going on hiatus. The band returned this spring with the single ‘Fallen,’ released on May 22nd, National Goth Day. Now, the trio is back with another new song… Hear industrial-metal vets RORSCHACH TEST’s new comeback song ‘Belated.’”
Rorschach Test’s album Fallen will be available on October 31, 2024, through Unlabeled Artists.
About Rorschach Test:
James Baker’s musical journey began in the church, where he discovered his talent through hymns and gospel. After rebelling against the restrictions of his youth, he pursued rock and roll, leading to Rorschach Test’s debut album, Unclean, in 1998. Embracing his faith, James now works as a hospice chaplain and focuses on inspiring others through initiatives like the Alice Cooper Solid Rock Foundation and his non-profit label, Unlabeled Artists. At Full Well Recording Studios, he collaborates with producer Mike Bolenbach and guitarist Kolby Peoples to create authentic recordings. Their lyrics tackle challenging issues and human struggles, using metal to explore darker themes and inspire liberation from life’s shadows.
