Emerging from the DMV area, Savage Hands has firmly established itself in the new wave rock scene. Known for their powerful instrumentals and soaring vocal hooks, the band has collaborated with writer and producer Andrew Baylis (known for his work with Jellyroll, Yung Gravy, and Brantley Gilbert) to craft a unique sound that resonates with audiences. Regarding the new singles, frontman Mikey Garrow shares, “‘Reload, Repeat’ and ‘Trace Erase’ are as raw as it comes from Savage Hands. The cynical lyricism stems from situations that seem to present themselves in our everyday lives, so we chose to talk about it in a sense of ‘rolling with the punches.’ We wanted to shed light on some more personal issues, and that’s where these songs come from — deep personal issues that involve family and livelihood. We’ve held onto these songs for over a year and felt that this was the exact moment they needed to be released.”
