Just like a real-life road accident, “Car Crash” is captivating and hard to ignore. For fans of bands like Pierce the Veil and Dayseeker, Colorblind’s latest track is irresistibly magnetic. Travis Moseley shares, “‘Car Crash’ is about that overwhelming moment when someone grabs your attention and you can’t look away. [It’s about] how consumed you are in those feelings.”

This spring, Colorblind will embark on a tour with Capstan. Full tour dates are listed below. In addition, they are confirmed to perform at INKCARCERATION this summer.

Rising stars in the heavy music world, Colorblind blends deep lyrical content with soaring vocals, gaining them recognition as Austin’s dreamcore staples. With 28 million Spotify streams—including 20 million just in the past year—the band is known for their robust rhythm section, powerful riffs, and ethereal melodies. Their previous hit “Motionless” and self-titled 2022 EP set the stage for “Needle Eye,” a track that heralded a new era for Colorblind with its expansive sound and raw, emotive lyrics.

Colorblind is putting the finishing touches on their debut full-length album, set for release in 2025 via Solid State/Tooth & Nail. This next phase of their career is marked by personal and musical growth, as well as a commitment to exploring complex emotions through their art. Moseley reflects on the journey, saying, “We’ve been wrestling with who we want to be sonically, because we have a huge array of things we want to do. How do we condense all of those things down into one sound? We don’t even know who we’re supposed to be, and that’s the fun of it.”

Don’t miss out on the chance to see Colorblind live as they bring their dynamic, life-affirming sound to audiences across the country.
