The Las Vegas duo becomes the latest addition to the independent label’s growing roster focused on heavy and emotionally driven music.
Roux & Ruin Records has announced the addition of Las Vegas-based act FaceLift to its expanding roster, marking the partnership with the release of the band’s latest single, “Stone Cold Stunner.”
The signing introduces FaceLift to a label that has positioned itself within the post-hardcore, metalcore, and heavy underground scenes, while giving the duo a new platform for future releases.
FaceLift consists of vocalist David Tomlin and multi-instrumentalist Tommy Bradley, who handles the remainder of the band’s musical duties. According to the announcement, the group’s sound blends aggressive energy with large-scale hooks, creating a style that balances intensity and accessibility while remaining distinctly their own.
The release of “Stone Cold Stunner” serves as the first public step in the partnership between the band and Roux & Ruin Records. While additional details regarding future releases have not yet been announced, the label indicated that more news from FaceLift is expected in the coming months.
Roux & Ruin founder Adrianne Perrodin expressed strong confidence in the band’s potential when discussing the decision to bring FaceLift onto the roster.
“When we found FaceLift, the decision to sign them was immediate. The kind of band you find once. We weren’t about to let that slip,” Perrodin said.
The signing continues a period of growth for Roux & Ruin Records, an independent label with Texas roots and a strong connection to Louisiana. The company has built its identity around supporting artists working within heavy music while emphasizing artist development and long-term partnerships.
Perrodin founded the label after hearing repeated stories from musicians who felt unsupported or overlooked within the industry. Her goal was to create an environment built around transparency, trust, and artist advocacy.
“I started the label after hearing too many stories from bands who were mistreated, overlooked, or left to figure everything out alone. Built on trust and heart, Roux & Ruin is my way of giving artists real support,” Perrodin said. “Louisiana is more than where I’m from. It’s culture, bloodline, resilience, and home. Roux & Ruin is my love letter to the scene and to doing things the right way.”
For FaceLift, the signing represents a new chapter as the duo looks to expand its reach through a label that has made artist-focused development a central part of its mission. While only one new track has been revealed so far, “Stone Cold Stunner” offers listeners an early look at what the partnership may bring moving forward.
As Roux & Ruin continues to build its roster and establish its presence within the heavy music landscape, FaceLift becomes one of the latest artists helping shape the label’s next phase.
