ROBSE Releases Debut Album Harlekin & Krieger with New Music Video Featuring Knorkator’s Stumpen

Robert-Martin Dahn, also known as Robse, the longtime frontman of the epic metal band Equilibrium, is back with a new band called ROBSE. Their debut album, Harlekin & Krieger, has just been released worldwide under Reaper Entertainment!

To celebrate, ROBSE has released a new music video for the song “Kleine Weiße Friedenstaube,” which features a guest appearance by Stumpen from the band Knorkator, among others.

Robse shared, “I sang this song in kindergarten in the early ’80s, and I’ve always dreamed of turning it into a metal version. I reached out to my childhood idol, Stumpen from Knorkator, and asked him to do a duet with me on this song, which he also knew well. He immediately said ‘yes.’ The result is a lively track that makes you want to headbang and think. In this world filled with conflict, we wanted to make a small statement, so we chose this old GDR song that stands for peace. In the video, we got over 100 celebrities to symbolically show the peace sign and share their own small statements.”

Watch ROBSE’s previously released lyric videos for the record’s title track HERE, “Hey Sturm” HERE, and “Von Der Schenke Zur Taverne” HERE.

Harlekin & Krieger reflects the band’s passion for hard-hitting metal, packed with intense melodies. The songs combine the epic sound of Robse’s old band, Equilibrium, with influences from bands like In Flames, Immortal, and Amon Amarth. It also includes some energetic party tracks that are sure to get any festival crowd pumped.

The album features stunning new artwork by artist and author Valtyr and was produced, mixed, and mastered by Dom R. Crey at Splendid Wave Studios. It is available on CD, vinyl, and even in a limited deluxe box set that includes the original ROBSE drinking horn.
